How do I cancel my booking and get a refund?
You can cancel most bookings directly from your profile under "My Bookings". If the activity offers free cancellation and you cancel within the specified window (usually 24 hours), your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are usually sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation. You can also view and download them anytime from the "My Bookings" section in your MeroTix account.
How can I contact the activity provider?
Once your booking is confirmed, the provider's contact details will be available on your voucher. You can also send them a message directly through the MeroTix platform.
Can I change the date of my tour?
Yes, date changes are often possible depending on the provider's availability. Go to your bookings, select the trip, and click "Modify Booking" to see available alternate dates.
