You may need a MeroTix Account in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own MeroTix Account, or your MeroTix Account may be assigned to you by an administrator. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your MeroTix Account.

• Activity Providers: MeroTix acts as an intermediary connecting you with independent local guides, yacht owners, and tour operators ("Providers").
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by Provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy stated on the activity page before booking.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

MeroTix provides the platform but is not responsible for the execution of the tours, safety during the activities, or any disputes between travelers and Providers. We do not make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services "as is".
